Teamwork

Throughout the past semester (Fall 2025), I have had the pleasure of working with five other MMB students on our practicum projects. We divided responsibilities, integrated our scientific and business strengths, and communicated with one another to deliver high-quality analyses and recommendations. This experience has strengthened my ability to collaborate in teams, manage shared deadlines, and contribute my skills to best support our shared goal.  Additionally, I took on the role of final reviewer in my team, ensuring that all required components were included, accurate, and clearly communicated. This responsibility allowed me to utilize my detail-oriented approach to support the team’s workflow and verify that our final deliverables were thorough and professional. 

This semester (Spring 2026), I have had the opportunity to work alongside three other first-year MMB students. Much like last semester, we divided responsibilites and established our goals for each project early on. We maintained constant communication with one another and our mentors for each project to ensure alignment and continued progress. Like last semester, I took on the roll of reviewer and finalizer as my attention to detail has helped to catch grammatical errors or inconsistencies in data.
